Order & Shipping Information

Where does Seed Organics deliver to?
Seed Organics ships anywhere in Australia, New Zealand and internationally.
How long does delivery take?
Your order will normally be fulfilled by our warehouse on the same business day if ordered before 11am, or the next business day if after 11am or on a weekend or public holiday.

Dependant on your delivery location and the distance from our warehouse of course, however we use Australia Post's Parcel Post so expect delivery within 3-7 business days within Australian capital cities, or 2-7 business days within regional Australia.

International orders generally take between 7 and 14 business days to arrive.
How much does Shipping cost?
Standard shipping anywhere in Australia calculated on weight by Australia Post. Shipping is free on orders over $50 (After any discount is applied). Standard shipping will be delivered by Parcel Post from Australia Post.

Express Shipping is calculated on weight by Australia post anywhere in Australia and subject to Australia Posts delivery express delivery terms and conditions.

International orders will be calculated at the checkout.
Will I be able to track my order?

Absolutely, you'll be provided options for post fulfilment communication and delivery notifications when in the checkout and can choose from email and SMS.

I want to cancel my order?

You'll need to contact us at hello@seedorganics.com.au before we pick and fulfill your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

What payment options do you have?

We accept Secure Payments by AfterPay, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay & ShopifyPay.

How do I get a refund?
If you wish to return a product purchased through our website please be aware that we offer a 14 day return policy to our end user consumers. All products must be returned in unused, unopened original packaging.

Are your products flammable?

All products at Seed Organics are free from alcohol and are not flammable

How are Seed Organics products so powerful?

By harnessing the power of naturally occurring chemical reactions in botanicals & minerals, they eliminate the need for alcohol or other toxic substances to clean, sanitise & protect.

Log reductions are really the only science-based thing you need to know about our products.

Log reductions indicate how effective a product is at reducing Colony Forming Units (CFUs). The greater the log reduction, the more efficient the solution.

Seed Organics has a log reduction of 6 — the highest possible measure, meaning only 1 germ out of 1 million will survive, using a 99.9999% kill rate. To give you an idea of a comparison, most popular cleaning and disinfecting solutions sit at an average of log 3.

Are your products safe around babies and pets?
100%. The Seed Organics range is all-natural and therefore completely safe to be used around babies and pets.
Are your bottles recycled?
Absolutely. Seed Organics makes sustainable, eco-friendly products and that includes our bottles and packaging. Bottles are made from 100% recycled plastics and are reusable over and over again which is great for the planet.
Are your products certified?
Today, Seed Organics products are recognised on an international scale as the most effective, environmentally safe, and pH neutral commodities of their kind.

Seed Organics products are USEPA (United States Environment Protection Agency) certified, and MPI (Ministry for Primary Industries) approved as log-6 sanitisation and disinfection.
Which Chemicals am I avoiding by using Seed Organics?
What we choose not to include in our products is just as important as what we do:
No Sodium Lauryl Phosphate (SLS)
No corrosive chemicals
No ozone depleting substances
No alcohol
No phosphates
No heavy metals
No chlorine
No palm oil
No phthalates (PVC)
No volatile organic compounds (VOCs)
No nonylphenol ethoxylates (NPEs)
